I'm trying to create offline usb repositories for Kubuntu 20.04. I will require them because there is no internet access where me and mine will be going.

So I've been helping a friend with a grand aquaponic lab. Everything is in place. But now we have two problems.
Computer control, and automation.
Is there a program in the Ubuntu repositories...
...you're in class, and deliberately start drawing fire on your screen just to get your classmates to react.
...you keep trying to change view ports... in Win7.
...you spend over an hour trying...
Apparently, those last 2 "r"s are causing a window pop up that delays my login by an additional 5 seconds. It's picking at the nits, but I don't have much patience with my machine.
I know this...
As an addendum, I used sudo before a gui program. I'm assuming that's the cause of my issue.
I did sudo deja-dup. Couldnt figure out why a previous backup wasn't being restored to my new ubuntu...
Well, I too have an issue with my home folder permissions.
chown gives me this:
mario@DASAKAMOV:~$ sudo chown -R mario:mario /home/mario
chown: cannot access `/home/mario/.gvfs': Permission...
well it didnt work for me.
im on a new ubuntu 10.04 install.
HP-G60 notebook with a AMDTurion64bit.
I came from using Linux Mint Julia, and decided to use Ubuntu since it had a bigger community....
